Pricing Policy
1. Annual Membership Fee
- The annual membership fee is fixed at ₹500 (Indian Rupees Five Hundred only).
- Membership benefits and validity are subject to the rules and regulations of the Association.
- Membership ends on 31st March every year, independent of the starting date.
2. Other Services
- Charges for additional services, training, events, or facilities will vary based on the type of service and availability.
- The Managing Committee reserves the right to revise or modify the pricing of membership, services, and events at any time without prior notice.
3. Mode of Payment
- Payments must be made through the official channels specified by the Association.
- Membership and service charges will be confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
Policy Changes
The Paragliding Association of India reserves the right to amend, update, or modify this Pricing and Return Policy at any time. The latest policy as published on the Association’s official communication channels shall be deemed final and binding.
Return & Refund Policy
1. No Returns / No Refunds
- All membership fees, service charges, and event participation fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Once payment is made, under no circumstances shall the amount be returned, except where expressly required by applicable law.
2. Cancellations by the Association
- In the rare event of cancellation of an activity, service, or event by the Association, the Managing Committee will decide on suitable alternatives, which may include rescheduling or issuing credit towards future services.
- No cash refunds will be provided for cancellations made by the Association; alternative remedies will be communicated as determined by the Managing Committee.
